For many home users, doing what you have always done and what works is still the pattern of the day. Then an upgrade comes along or a discontinued piece of software and you need to change. Most of the time this has little impact on what you do, but when it does I can help, on site if needed, and get you back up and running.

Everyone knows they should backup, and these days it is more and more important. We all have 100s of photos of our children, videos of that last party, our latest holiday plans, our monthly budget and savings plans. These become essential to our lives and without them we feel like we are missing something vital.
